My journey into the world of instructional design and training began quite unexpectedly. Initially, I started my career in a different role within the company, where I quickly realized the importance of effective training and development. My natural inclination towards helping others learn and grow led me to take on informal training responsibilities, which gradually evolved into a more formal role.

Over the years, I have honed my skills through hands-on experience and continuous learning. I began by designing simple training materials and facilitating small group sessions. As my confidence and expertise grew, I took on more complex projects, including the development of comprehensive new hire programs and advanced training modules for experienced team members.

Today, as a Senior Instructional Designer, I am proud of the path I have taken and the impact I have made. My journey from an accidental trainer to a seasoned professional has been one of continuous learning and growth, and I am dedicated to helping others achieve their full potential.

As a Senior Instructional Designer at Charter Communications, I lead the design and development of corporate training programs for the Marketing groups. With over 5 years of experience in instructional design, adult learning, and facilitation, I have a proven track record of creating dynamic, interactive, and purposeful training content that supports participants in achieving their professional goals.

Design and Development:

• I design and develop comprehensive training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of the marketing team.
